• Heat patches that relax muscles for menstrual pain relief of cramps and backaches

• Specifically designed to cover a large area while being discreet and thin under clothing

• Longer lasting heat relief that lasts up to 12 hours

Directions

• Open plastic wrapper when ready to use. 
• Peel away backing to reveal adhesive side.
• Place on clothing and attach firmly over area of pain.
• Do not place directly on skin. Doing so could result in reddening, blisters or burns. 
• Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period.
• The product may take up to 30 minutes to heat up.
